Unfortunately the moderators are unable to reveal this person's identity, so that I could block them, effectively solving the problem. Apologies for the inconvenience.

It appears that ANYONE can report another creator's uploads which will then cause that content to be automatically hidden. How bonkers is that ?! In theory I could now trawl through the content of anyone I didn't like the look of and report their content, causing it to be hidden, albeit temporarily !!!
